Meet Como Callie...a young woman making her way in the world...
In her home town of St. Louis, she heard of opportunities in the West for those with her natural resources, and boarded the next train for Denver. There she learned of the new Denver South Park & Pacific Railroad, and with the help of a very kind gentleman, boarded a train bound for the mountains, where gold and silver mines were making lucky miners wealthy overnight. When the train pulled into Como, she liked what she saw, disembarked, and was welcomed with open arms by the gentlemen of the town....
